Verdict

JOSEPHINA was raised 7lb for winning at Tramore last week but Sean O’Keeffe again takes off 7lb and Anthony Mullins’ mare can score again. Alfred Wegener has only been raised 6lb for a victory at Ballinrobe so is an obvious danger but Hewick’s second in a Sligo maiden came over a much longer trip. Feel Des Mottes has failed to build on his victory at Killarney in May but course winner Beat Of The Sea could be interesting after a recent run on the Flat.
