Willie Mullins is going for this in a big way with three entries. Lagostovegas was in such good form over hurdles last summer that she was sent to Newmarket for the Cesarewitch where she finished third. She's gone well in two Grade 3's in recent months though didn't look at her best at Punchestown. The four-year-old filly STORMY ISLAND (NAP) looks a cracking prospect. A very impressive maiden winner at Fairyhouse, she's been in touch in two Grade 1's subsequently where's she's come to grief at the last when fading. This is much less daunting and Danny Mullins can steer her home. Good Thyne Tara doesn't look quite in the class of her stablemates but Creation bounced back to form with an excellent run in a Listed contest at Punchestown. Avellino didn't have much to beat at Ballinrobe but was impressive and deserves a crack at this level.
