Verdict

BRIDLE PATH couldn't quite hang on to her lead on ground with some give at Wexford but faster conditions can enable her to go one better. Le Vagabond won at Longchamp on his last start on the Flat and has scored twice over hurdles for new connections including at Tramore earlier this month. He should make a bold bid while winning miler Aared looks to have every chance of staying this longer trip. Pincode was just behind the selection at Wexford but that was his first start since December so he's on the short-list along with Noble Vision, a very easy winner over hurdles at Cork in March. Henry's Girl is just 2lb higher than her victory on fast ground at Cork in August so is another to be respected in an open contest.
