Verdict

Rick Dalton made a promising debut at the Curragh in September and didn't appear to appreciate front-running on testing ground at Gowran last month. TRUE ARTIST attempted to make all in another division of that race and was only caught on the line by Bay Of Bengal, who was receiving 5lb. He'd refused to race at the Curragh previously, which tempers enthusiasm, but this looks a good chance and he holds Goldfinch on his latter run. All Lies Ahead made an eye-catching debut at Limerick where she didn't get the clearest of runs but Sheer Chance hasn't made the expected progress after a couple of placed efforts in mid-summer. Ms Eagleton has changed trainers since a very encouraging debut at Leopardstown
