In depth

Verdict

A rare sight indeed to see William Haggas swimming in claiming waters, so MULHALHEL (NAP) is strongly considered. Placed on his first two starts this season, the colt was unlucky not to finish closer at Kempton when beaten under three lengths into fifth place in a Class 5 handicap. This looks a decent opportunity with race conditions to suit. Accrington Stanley, solid in modest handicaps for George Scott, looks a danger especially with the step-up in trip expected to suit on just a second start for the George yard. Sadie's Day needs to be forgiven her latest effort but previous runs do bring her into contention and the shrewd Adrian Keatley has booked Hollie Doyle.
