Verdict
Close To Paradise, Monte Mayor Birdie and Maiden Miss look the three to concentrate on in this maiden fillies' race and the vote is given to Close To Paradise. The selection was a fair fourth behind Queen Scarlet last time out. That form stands out in this race and under similar conditions here she looks the one to be on. Monte Mayor Birdie rates the main danger on her latest second behind Safari Sunup but that was over 7f so the drop in trip has to be a concern. Maiden Miss is another worthy of respect as she hails from a yard that can ready a debutante and this filly by Xaar should be watched in the market. Of the remainder, Green Earrings is a filly by Captain Rio so should relish conditions and is another to note in the market, but for the winner we return to Close To Paradise.
