      Verdict

      A few of these are in danger of becoming disappointing but DUKEDOM, withdrawn from a three-runner race at Brighton earlier this week, was only headed close home at Chelmsford last month and the winner has since gone close twice in handicaps. Maiden's Green has hinted at ability, as has The Green Man, but Pastel Power looks a bigger danger though he didn’t appear to enjoy the drop back to 6f on his second start in the autumn.
