Verdict
STALLONE's only success came in a heavy-ground Nottingham handicap in June and once again showed his liking for the conditions back there last week. That was a better race than this and he can race from the same mark. Eponina is just 3lb higher than when scoring on soft going at Chester in June and ran very well at Thirsk last time but Classic Star has yet to win and the assessor is taking no chances. Ecstasea has only performed on quick ground or Polytrack while Tobeeornottobee is still 4lb higher than his last winning mark in December and he's had plenty of chances. Lonicera has yet to win but is gradually dropping to a winning mark.
