Verdict

Wenceslaus showed further progress over fences when scoring over track and trip last month and should go well again. But SAINT DE VASSY produced a better display of jumping than on his earlier chasing debut when runner-up at Hereford last time and Tom Symonds’ charge may prove the one to side with in this. Massini Man never looked like catching the winner when second at Southwell on his chasing bow but will be sharper for the outing while Bonne Question makes a belated debut over the larger obstacles having placed in a higher grade over timber at Lingfield.
