Verdict

Noble Behest’s last three victories have come on different all-weather surfaces. He never looked like being caught at Southwell four days ago and his regular rider is taking off 5lb again but the interesting one is GRENADIER GUARD. A half-brother to champion stayer Order Of St George, he’s almost certain to enjoy the step up to 2m and he’s having his first run on Tapeta and only his second start on the all-weather. Diodorus is not improving but course and distance winner Nataleena should go well from the foot of the weights and Flat To The Max has placed the last twice at Wolverhampton.
