In depth

Verdict

BLACK COMEDY should be winning soon judged on last month’s debut second over a slightly longer trip at Ffos Las. He led for most of the way on that occasion and another bold bid is expected given Diyari has some improving to do on the evidence of a modest debut effort at Newmarket. Of the newcomers, Saeer is an early Derby entry partnered by Ryan Moore while the 200,000gns purchase Court Of Appeal is another to note ahead of the already-gelded Amaan and the Godolphin colt Warning Shot.
