In depth

Verdict

Lex Talionis appears to have two ways of running and Blameitalonmyroots has been below par for a while. Cafe Au Lait hasn’t shown much over hurdles since joining Milton Harris and Gold Patrol hasn’t won under Rules since 2015 but Mont Royale is starting to look well treated and a case can also be made for Jarlath. HURRICANE DYLAN placed in novices’ handicaps at Catterick and Uttoxeter last month and wasn’t beaten far on either occasion – this looks a good opportunity under a decent 3lb claimer.
