In depth
Verdict
Turthen is a decent hunter chaser and got the better of Whizzaar and Halcon Genelardais over a longer trip at Wincanton earlier this month. He gets on well with Charlotte Tizzard but the partnership could be foiled here by BATTLECRY. The latter rather lost his way under Rules last season but has been rejuvenated by a spell between the flags and gave Willie Twiston-Davies his first winner in the point-to-field at Dunthrop last month. Turko was a class act on his day but has been plagued with problems in recent years, while the likes of Farmer Frank and William Somers may find this company too hot.
