      Verdict

      Hathaan, Atlantic Gamble and Dandys Hurricane are the trio to focus on here, although solid form is negligible, with Hathaan taken to come out on top. Dandys Hurricane has been tried in some decent maidens with no success for Mick Easterby to date, and although cheekpieces are applied for the first time, he will have to improve significantly to take this. By Diktat out of a Fairy King mare, he should possess ability, but it has been difficult to find so far. Atlantic Gamble ran up a four timer earlier in the year, but has struggled to make his mark in handicaps since. However, he showed some form when fourth in a good Ripon handicap a couple of outings ago on a similar surface and can go well here. Hatthaal has fiiled the runner up spot twice recently in all weather outings, and although disappointing on turf last time, he appears well treated at the weights. Hatthaal can take a tricky contest.
