Bearwith came up short over today’s trip having earlier landed a double over 1m2f while Mount Olympus scored at Kempton before returning a losing favourite upped to 1m6f at Southwell. PAK ARMY has been in winning form over hurdles but also won at Bath when last seen on the Flat in April. He’s taken to defy a rise in the weights in his current form. Bay Of Naples finished runner-up here last time and makes more appeal than Owens Lad.
