After placing twice over 5f at Beverley, Rapture was made favourite stepping up to 6f at Carlisle. She only finished fifth but the form of that race looks decent and the Cheveley Park filly has every chance here making her handicap debut. However, COTUBANAMA was right back to her best in a tough nursery at Salisbury 10 days ago and, only raised 2lb, a quick follow-up may be on the cards. Showu has place claims again while Gold Arrow got off the mark at Brighton and has already finished in the frame over this course and distance. Nakakande and Mersey are others to consider along with Antonia Clara and Posh Perfect.
