Verdict
A low-grade handicap. Spirit Of Breeze is still a maiden and was beaten almost three lengths off this mark on fast ground at Lingfield. Moulin Booj was having just his fifth start and racing on ground with give for the first time at Yarmouth last week though that was over the minimum. GLOBAL CRISIS has mainly raced in slightly better company and has been given a chance by the assessor so gets the nod. Hardy Angel has also dropped in class and the ratings but American Rose seems best over the minimum.
