Strath Fillan is a poor hurdler who ran abysmally in a Stratford seller last time but is better judged on her Flat win at Folkestone in April (now 5lb higher). Researcher made a winning return at Beverley in April but made no show off 6lb higher mark at Nottingham having been beaten too far out to blame the extra quarter of a mile. Litany has been well placed to land handicaps at Nottingham and Doncaster and should go well with further progress anticipated while Starry Mary goes well for today's apprentice and this consistent performer is another to consider despite top weight.
