Verdict
Plenty of dead wood in a race that makes little appeal as a betting medium. Travesty Of Law has a theoretical chance at the weights and was in fair form during a busy campaign on the all-weather but flopped when a beaten favourite back on turf latest and may benefit from a break. Pharoah's Gold has been well beaten in better company of late but should be able to make his presence felt at this level despite of his penalties. Royal Romeo has claims on his best but has ben well below par of late but Evening Chase can't be dismissed if reproducing his second of 16 in a competitive Nottingham handicap earlier in the month.
