Verdict
Mr Belverdere is the selection with Park Avenue Princess, Red Lancer and Sahara Storm leading a plethora of dangers. Mr Belverdere is well drawn in stall 19 and ran well enough behind Head Boy at Lingfield last time to suggest he could be good enough to take a race of this nature. Park Avenue Princess could represent the main danger and she would certainly have a great chance on her best form. However, she was a big disappointment at Newmarket behind Snow Goose last time. Red Lancer got left at the stalls at Wolverhampton last time but is nicely weighted and providing there are no further problems at the stalls he will go well. Sahara Storm is another danger but is not ideally drawn and the same would apply to Princess Ismene. This is a wide open contest, but we will take a chance on Mr Belverdere.
