      Verdict

      A progressive hurdler last season, UNEXPECTED PARTY has been thrown in at the deep end over fences this term. He’s sailing in calmer waters today and can make in third-time lucky over the larger obstacles. Loughderg Rocco appeared to run very well behind Gelino Bello at Wetherby and may be the one for forecast-backers, though Gentleman At Arms has bags of potential given he placed in a Grade 1 over timber in April having also run well previously in Grade 2 and Listed company.
