Verdict
The evergreen Bassenhally isn't quite ready for his pension yet, but he reserves his best efforts for Fakenham. Churchtown Glen has become inconsistent, while there should be little between course and distance winner Coolteen Hero and Channahrlie on their running here behind Bay Island earlier this month. The former is very much on the downgrade nowadays and meets Channahrlie on the same terms, so the latter should confirm the form. This looks best left to Twice As Good, who at least is open to some improvement having only had the one outing so far over fences. He has been somewhat disappointing since winning a bumper on his debut, but this looks a soft event and he is the TEAMtalk selection to provide Kim Bailey with another winner.
