Verdict

Only one three-year-old has won this in ten years. FOXTROT CHARLIE is the only member of the younger generation here and the Killarney maiden winner can buck the trend. He ran a race full of promise on his reappearance in a Group 3 over 1m2f at the Curragh where he just faded in the closing stages so this should prove ideal. Elleval is a genuine Group performer who returns from Dubai having run well though he's better over an extra quarter-mile. Hurricane Cass has only won at Dundalk and needs to find a bit more but Tennessee Wildcat won this last year and was returning from a very long break when running well over 7f at Naas last month when he had Orcia just in front and Yuften a long way behind.
