In depth

Verdict

DON JULIO's fourth place behind The Entertainer at Navan has been boosted by the victories of the placed horses. The winner is trained by Aidan O'Brien, who has Pimlico engaged here and he's likely to be a different proposition from his debut on testing ground at Naas. Moony Beams was well supported to make a successful debut over the course and distance but didn't get going until too late and failed by a neck. Joseph O'Brien has two entries with Maritime Wings, a son of Gleneagles, likely to be suited by the trip and Point Gellibrand, a son of Camelot out of a 1m4f winner, probably already needing further. I Am Magic cost 95,000gns at the two-year-old Horses In Training Sales and is related to several winners.
