Verdict

UP AND UNDER definitely has questions to answer after being beaten by a 66/1 chance in an amateurs' maiden at Galway. However, his earlier placed efforts in Group 3's on this track is way beyond anything achieved by these rivals. This Songisforyou wasn't far behind in that Galway contest but ran poorly over hurdles there three days later. Cormac T, Hutton Glen, Walsingham and The First And Last have all been consistent in maidens with the latter possibly the pick after narrow defeats at Cork and Ballinrobe.
