In depth

Verdict

Pandagreen ran her best race to date when chasing home Wingingit, who runs earlier, at Navan and there should be more to come from Gavin Crowell's filly. Polymnia lost her maiden tag at Lingfield at the 14th time of asking when trained by Richard Hannon and starts off for new connections on a 5lb higher mark. GOLDEN DANDY gave notice of an imminent victory when narrowly beaten at Limerick and duly obliged in a Killarney maiden. A starting handicap mark of 72 looks reasonable and she can complete a quick double. Prove The Point ran well in a better race than this at Navan on Saturday, where she had The Tulip just behind, and is back on her last winning mark.
