Paul Carberry will be delighted to have picked up the ride on TRIKIRK in the second of these flat v jump jockeys' events as his mount made a fine return from a long lay-off behind Leah Claire at the Curragh earlier this month. Michael Grassick's charge can prove the answer to this though Sandymount Lady, who finished a very close sixth in that Curragh event, has since scored over timber at Punchestown and looks a major threat. Lady Songbird has been running well enough without quite getting there and will have the assistance of Johnny Murtagh while Cool Star would have a chance if staying the trip after a couple of decent efforts over a mile this year.
