In depth

Verdict

Draycott Place looked potentially useful in the spring but hasn't made the expected progress and was sent chasing at Downpatrick last month. Gusty Rocky landed a Tramore maiden in August but was well beaten when tackling novice company at Listowel while Discover Wexford followed her Killarney maiden victory with a moderate handicap debut at Listowel. HASH BROWN has made major progress since stepping up to this sort of trip and would probably have been on a four-timer but for a last-flight blunder at Killarney. He beat some useful performers, including runner-up Well Tuned, at Listowel last time and can prove himself well up to this grade. Sang Tiger will be no pushover as he had Well Tuned slightly further behind at Navan last month and there's very little between him and the selection on collateral form.
