Total Submission won twice over hurdles in the UK and though running poorly in two starts over fences can do better for Jim Culloty while Big Game Hunter has had nine starts over fences and, though generally running well, looks vulnerable again. Bullock Harbour hasn't gone quite as well as expected over hurdles but has the potential for better things and Cadspeed would be a threat if getting his jumping together. El Fontan jumped much better when runner-up to Devil's Elbow at Down Royal and should be considered along with Forjoetheplumber, though the latter has been proving very expensive to follow. ROCKSHANDY is doing better over fences than hurdles and followed a good debut at Thurles with an excellent close second to Gimli's Rock over 2m1f here with Ainm Spartacus behind and his rider's claim is a huge bonus in a very tight contest.
