Verdict
Bold Present is in good form and would have a chance if getting a run from his reserve spot. Resolute Bay will be fancied after his good run at Kilbeggan, though he was behind Bold Present. Spot The Boss is a bit hit and miss but would have a chance on his run behind Galant Ferns at Kilbeggan and Billytheblacksmith ran easily his best race to date behind Island Peak here a couple of weeks ago and has more scope than most of these but Talab ran poorly when strongly fancied at Wexford last time. CLOSE REVIEW, a winning point-to-pointer and hunter chaser, ran easily his best race to date under Rules when runner-up to Good Luck Chuck at Wexford and a repeat will see him difficult to beat.
