Verdict

JODY TED won over hurdles around here and may have made a winning start over fences at Cork as he was leading when unseating two out. He was left clear at Clonmel next time but would probably have won anyway. Broomfields Jeremy has come up against some smart performers in three starts over fences but winning bumper and hurdler Limerick Lace looks more of a threat after a very encouraging chasing bow at Navan. Gaelic Arc had been racing at a very high level over hurdles before making his chasing bow in a Punchestown Grade 3 where he was badly impeded in the early stages. The four-year-old Kamus has had jumping problems but looks the type to do better.
