Verdict

Last Minute Man won a Down Royal bumper on heavy ground two years ago but didn't run again until April when twice runner-up over timber on testing ground. He was never travelling at Clonmel the following month but looks the type to do better this campaign. VOIX DES TIEP won just once in six bumpers but his pedigree is all about jumping and he could prove a decent stayer so gets the vote. Where Eagles Dare easily won a heavy-ground Limerick bumper before well beaten in the Champion Bumper at Punchestown while Minella Indo won between the flags before making a bold attempt to lead all in a Punchestown bumper. Small Farm is a stable companion of the selection but has questions to answer after finishing tailed off in a Roscommon bumper in May. Atlantic Shore went for £78,000 after his victory between the flags at Knockanard so connections will be expecting a decent effort.
