        Verdict

        Desert Strike finished ahead of Dishy Guru when winning over 6f here last month and is not easily dismissed. Royal Acquisition had Pucon back in third when scoring over track and trip in October but is 6lb higher today, though he has subsequently finished second here ahead of Go Nani Go with Desert Strike and Sandfrankskipsgo further behind. PEARL NOIR went close at Kempton last time and Scott Dixon's charge may be the one to side with in this especially if allowed his own way up front.
