Verdict

Smiley Bagel won off a higher mark over course and distance last May and runs his best races here. It will be a surprise if he’s not in the firing-line but KING’S ADVICE has the potential to be better than these and goes well fresh. He won three times in Germany for Andreas Wohler and Mark Johnston has found a nice opening for his recent acquisition here. Makambe has only raced over 1m4f once before but is starting to look well handicapped so can’t be ignored.
