An awful contest where Capo Regime is the pick at the weights but EQUIPE DE NUIT gets the nod ahead of King's Sabre. There is a note of caution with regard to Paul Howling's runners, who have been running reasonably well without winning of late, and so given that and the fact that Capo Regime would prefer slower going than this we will take him on. King's Sabre is 6lbs better off with the selection Equipe De Nuit for a six length beating when the pair met recently in a Leicester seller and there is no reason why William Muir's gelding should be able to turn the tables at these revised weights. The selection was thrashed in a handicap last time, but this grade is much more suitable. Course and distance scorer Cool Art represents a yard desperate for a place, let alone a winner at present, though those thinking positive will point to that claiming success here 11 months ago. By far and away the most interesting of the remainder is Rudolph Schmidt, who was a heavy ground Navan scorer last autumn and has some decent form in context, though has plenty to prove as far as acting on this surface is concerned. Equipe De Nuit can win again now returned to this grade.
