Verdict
Scotty's Future, French Horn and Absolute Utopia look the three to concentrate on in this Selling Stakes and we will side with Scotty's Future. The selection was making his debut for his new stable and was making his all-weather bow when seventh last time on this track behind Swift Tango. That was his first run after a break and on the pick of his turf form he looks the one to beat. French Horn looks the main danger as he is in good form at present, although he was well beaten behind Consonant at Wolverhampton last month. But he had previously won well on this track when defeating Wilom so he has to be respected, even if his overall profile has been a bit disappointing. Absolute Utopia is the other for the shortlist as he loves it around here and if he could reproduce his best form he would run our selection very close. But he has not been at his best of late so will need to step up on his recent efforts. Of the rest, Ally Makbul looks to have decent place prospects, but for the winner we return to Scotty's Future.
