Verdict
CORTON CHARLEMAGNE is our selection with Satwa Street and Moscow Eight as the most plausible dangers. Corton Charlemagne is related to South African sprinters and showed well for a long way at Great Leighs. A drop to five should not be a problem. Satwa Street will be eligible for handicaps beyond this. She was behind our selection at Great Leighs but was at least showing improved form. Moscow Eight was not unfancied at Windsor and clearly didn't run his race. Connections have taken stock in their 41-days away. Sparks Alive is a half-sister to the very useful Nice Once Clare. The market is watched accordingly. Hanta Yo cost 105 000 guineas at the sales and similar comments therefore apply. An interesting little race where Corton Charlemagne is our selection.
