Verdict
Connect won well last time and is preferred today to the likes of Cape Presto and Pinchbeck. The selection is well-treated on the pick of his turf form and he showed a good attitue to score at Wolverhampton last time when beating Grimes Faith. He goes well on this surface and with that confidence booster under his belt he gets our vote. Cape Presto was a fair second behind Shade Cozy and that rival has maintained his form well since so on the back of that solid effort he has to be shortlist material today. Pinchbeck would have claims on his best form but he is returning from a break today and may just need the run. Quiet Times goes well here and has a good draw so is not without a chance, but for the winner we are happy to stick with Connect.
