      Verdict

      A desperate affair in which the progressive KERRYMERRY (NAP) is likely to start a short-priced favourite. He won with plenty in hand over 1m2f on the Polytrack here on Monday and should be capable of shrugging off a penalty. Artesana is the only other with any recent worthwhile form and she should strip fitter for her third over 1m4f at Chepstow, her first try over a distance of note. Ninepins was third at Kempton in November but has shown nothing in two starts this term.
