      Verdict

      A few promising types on display in this Novice Stakes and after being highly tried this season SATIN LOVE sets the standard. Mark Johnston has campaigned this one in Group and Listed races in the main this season including in a decent spin at Dundalk when last out. This is easier than most of his assignments so far and he has terms in his favour. War Painter could be anything after an impressive winning debut while Conducting left his first outing behind to score staying on at Musselburgh. Dubarshi doesn't have a great deal to find on these terms but Satin Love looks the standard setter.
