Verdict
Major Faux Pas, Swift Oscar and Norcroft are three against the field in a tough race to call for punters and the vote goes to the unbeaten Major Faux Pas. The selection has won his two races to date in good style and won well last time when defeating Doctors Cave. This is his sternest test to date but he looks an improver and he is taken to win again. Swift Oscar rates the main danger as he also won well last time out when defeating Missella but that was over a longer trip and the drop in distance is not sure to suit. Norcroft is another worthy of respect on his latest third behind Kinsgate Bay but his best form is over a shorter trip and he is overlooked on this occasion. Paparaazi is another that could go well as he is from a yard in top form but he looked in the handicappers grip when third behind Ryedane, However he should be suited by the longer trip here. Of the remainder Pianoforte is from a top yard and is worth noting in the market but his overall form leaves him with a little to find off this mark and for the winner we return to Major Faux Pas.
