In depth

Verdict

Alcock And Brown hasn't run on the Flat since 2016 and though four-times a winner over timber he's been in moderate form recently. Ballydoyle has also been running over timber without showing much while Prairie Town's last success came over fences a year ago. UNCLE BERNIE's six all-weather victories includes one over the course and distance from today's mark. He also scored at Wolverhampton in October and may be good enough in a poor contest. Hollie Doyle's presence on American Craftsman suggests the grey may be expected to improve on a decent effort over the track and trip in November.
