Verdict

WILLWAMS beat a more strongly fancied stablemate when returning the 33/1 winner of a claimer here in March. He should have the beating of the older horses on these terms and can confirm running with Chelwood Gate. The latter won a seller over 7f here in December when Brasted finished fourth while Isis Blue scored over 1m2f at Bath last year and drops down in both class and trip for this. Dana's Present and Gaelic Silver have been running in plating races without success so far this year.
