Verdict

Dungannon won at Southwell in March and is best on the Fibresand nowadays but MONUMENTAL MAN won this in 2013 and drops back down in class having scored here on his penultimate start. He gets the nod only 2lb higher today while The Big Lad remains 5lb higher than his latest success but was beaten only a neck at Wolverhampton last time and is not out of this. Highly Sprung has done all his winning over 6f so far and Vimy Ridge finished ahead of Mossgo when runner-up here in February while Flying Bear was placed at the track in November.
