      Verdict

      It was soft going here a week ago when VIBES (NAP) was runner-up over course and distance. He won’t start 20/1 today on that evidence and should make a bold bid. Getna is usually thereabouts but her best efforts so far have been on the all-weather while Storm Melody attempts 7f for the first time having won just the once in 18 starts. Luang Prabang won at Wolverhampton last year and Right About Now was well beaten at Thirsk on his recent handicap debut.
