        Verdict

        Cool Sphere easily won a similar race to this on the all-weather track before beaten when long odds-on at Chelmsford. He has a penalty to carry as does ILLUSIONIST for his success at Bath. The latter ran a fine race in the Windsor Castle at Ascot and was found to be coughing post-race when sent to Tipperary for a Listed contest. Poets Dance receives plenty of weight from the two winners though she's been a short-priced beaten favourite in her last three starts. Barking Mad caught the eye at Bath and can only improve.
