      Verdict

      Royal Birth won this in 2016 and 2019 but has failed to beat a rival in a couple of recent starts. He finished behind Tone The Barone and Lihou when that pair filled the places at Wolverhampton behind Lord Riddiford and the winner went on to land a Listed contest here a week ago beating BLUE DE VEGAS (NAP) and Ornate in the process. But Bob Cowell’s charge will be sharper for that comeback run and with a promising apprentice claiming 7lb, is fancied to take this back in handicap company. Marnie James has plenty to find with Tone The Barone and Han Solo Berger has been off the track since November.
