Leah-Anne Avery has won twice on Cadmium but the partnership was only seventh last time at Kempton and the top weight hasn't run very well here in the past. Major Muscari tries a new trip and seems better at Wolverhampton while Ding Ding is essentially a plater. Sea Soldier has a poor strike rate and has never won on the all-weather and Chanceuse is returning from a break but Warbond could be interesting as he's been running well at Kempton lately and makes more appeal than Soul Instinct, another being stepped up in trip. PLOVER will have to settle better if she's to get the extra furlong but a couple of recent runs over 7f suggest she's handicapped to take this if doing so.
