Grand Ideas is still a maiden but looks to have been found a good opportunity here and is chosen to beat Barton Sands and Atlantic City. Julian Poulton's six-year-old has put in two excellent displays in defeat recently, he was beaten into second behind Devine Command over the mile trip here last month, before finishing just behind Lakota Brave and Analyze here on Saturday. He is making a quick return to the track and the hint should be taken. Barton Sands also ran here on Saturday and wasn't disgraced behind Sir Haydn. If he runs up to that mark again he will be difficult to beat. Atlantic City landed a maiden here last month before running with credit in a handicap that is working out really well, we can expect another prominent showing. Blackmail is another that catches the eye in a very open affair, but Grand Ideas deserves to get a first success and is given a tentative vote
