In depth

Verdict

Not too much form to go on here but Soho Square has shown enough to warrant our support, Permanent Way and Prince Darius may prove best of the others. Mark Johnston has done very well with his few all weather runners this winter and Soho Square looks another likely type. He showed plenty of promise in two decent looking maidens on the turf and if he handles this surface will be hard to beat. Permanent Way made his racecourse debut at Wolverhampton last month and displayed plenty of ability finishing just five lengths behind Spanish Lace. The experience will have done him the world of good and he should be in the firing line. Prince Darius was a close up fifth in a good tough looking maiden here recently and is sure to go close under Eddie Ahern. Questive is from a yard starting to hit form and also warrants respect, but Soho Square is easily the pick on turf running and this one gets the decision
